Social Learning Platform Including LMS

Problem:
Our client from Switzerland is involved in the area of social business like other NGO’s around the globe. They approached us with the idea of offering online courses for a specific topic that can work on any smartphone device as an app to reach mainly young people. Their vision was that they can learn whenever and wherever they want. The app had to have interactive courses, the possibility of communication between both the users and course coaches. The courses should contain various quizzes, certification upon finishing an individual course and correlation with each other in a specific order to have a certain structure by learning the whole topic.

Solution:
After an important need analysis and research period with our client, eWyse provided them with a digital platform as a website layout connected to a social learning approach. We developed the perfect solution for the client’s needs in order to combine learning with social networking. Young people can register on the website, create their account and start going through the modern design of the online course offered on the platform.  Using forum, they can openly share  their experiences with each course and have the possibility to send a direct message to the course owner or coach. Courses are moderately interactive, containing videos and quizzes with a high level of personalisation. Content is focused on the learner and requires critical thinking and reflection. This approach solved the problem our client had and gave them a the potential to spread the content of their own courses very efficiently and quickly among the users, through the social networking aspect.

Onboarding Process for new members and residents

Problem:

Our client from Croatia, a coworking space and a new business hotspot in Zagreb, requested a structured onboarding process guide. As a recently opened business in the city, it has attracted numerous companies over the past few months, resulting in the company welcoming a total of 150 people to the space. It was hard to keep track of all the companies and people, especially since they all had to be presented with the necessary and useful information once they rented an office. They wanted to have all of the information in one place, alongside the links, floor plans, and staff pictures. Not only that, but they also aimed to make it all simple, short, and easily accessible.

Solution:

eWyse created an e-learning course based on an appealing platform where every new user gets a link. Using that link, they can go through a structured and clear content to learn important information about the open space workplace rules, procedures, and background culture. The design is simple and flat, based on the client’s visual identity. Presentation of information is linear with a low level of granularity. The client was highly involved in development which enabled good communication and complete fulfillment of their needs.

Problem:

Our client is a eLearning company from USA which develops content and serves thousands of learners. The company doesn’t have it’s own LMS and it has been really hard for them to distribute courses to their clients and learners, mostly SMEs. They needed a simple LMS with the option of uploading content made in authoring tools and tracking progress of users.

Solution:

We set up an LMS with an LRS using WordPress platform. This easy-to-use solution is perfect for small or medium companies who want to track and monitor the progress of learners. Content can be created using LMS or authoring tool and this solution is responsive, making it more appealing to younger users.
